On 11th October a great network event for WOMEN IN EXHIBITIONS in the DACH region was held in Munich.
22 women from 16 different show organizers and industry members met to discuss three very relevant topics in a World Café: How to support the cultural change in our organizations? – How can we involve male colleagues in our discussion? – Is part time work a killer or a chance to achieve equal chances to move up the career ladder? The content will be used in our network and we will publish parts of it on our LinkedIn platfor Women in Exhibitions International. The Women in Exhibitions DACH Chapter was established in 2018 by exhibition organizers and companies from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Women in Exhibitions DACH is the regional chapter as part of the international network Women in Exhibitions International, which was initiated early 2018 by Oana Cipca, representing MECC Maastricht.
